ProTaskFinder - Professional Task Services

This Task Pro Agreement ("Agreement") is between ProTaskFinder ("Platform") and the independent contractor ("Task Pro") who registers to offer services through the Platform.

1. Independent Contractor Status

Task Pro acknowledges they are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or representative of ProTaskFinder.

Task Pro is solely responsible for taxes, insurance, licenses, tools, transportation, and expenses.

2. Task Performance

Task Pro agrees to perform all tasks in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Task Pro assumes full responsibility for the safety, quality, and legality of their work.

Any property damage, injury, or loss caused during a task is the sole responsibility of the Task Pro.

3. Payment

Task Pros set their own rates, subject to Platform minimums and fees.

Payments are processed through our payment partner.

The Platform deducts a service fee from each payment to cover transaction and operational costs.

4. No Insurance or Coverage

The Platform provides no insurance or coverage for damage, injury, theft, or loss.

Task Pro agrees to maintain any insurance they deem necessary and acknowledges they are personally liable for damages or claims.

5. Indemnification

Task Pro shall indemnify and hold harmless ProTaskFinder, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to their performance of tasks.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Outstanding payments for completed work will be processed in accordance with our Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
